THEODORE LEROY TAYLOR - MANAGING DIRECTOR

Mr. Taylor brings to the team over 35 years of relevant industry experience performing roles ranging from technical and business development, supervisory and management and leadership functions. He has extensive service company experience and brings to the fore leadership knowledge and skills in strategic management, business development and a strong technical background of the upstream oil and gas sector. He has worked in the industry with multinational and local institutions in the following geographical locations Africa, the Caribbean and Latin America. Mr. Taylor is a graduate of the University of the West Indies in Geology and holds post graduate qualifications in Education, Petroleum Engineering and Business with specialisation in Leadership and Strategy.

WENDELL DE LANDRO - PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT : OIL & GAS ENGINEERING

His Excellency Engineer Wendell Vincent Carlton De Landro has been Trinidad and Tobago’s High Commissioner of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago since April 2018. He presented his credentials to President Muhammadu Buhari in September 2018 and one year later to President Nana Dankwa Akufo-Addo of Ghana. His Excellency is also accredited to Algeria, Cameroon, Liberia, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Cote d’Ivoire and has observer status to ECOWAS and a member of the African Union.

As a practicing Engineer, His Excellency has distinguished himself by his extensive experience in the Oil and Gas sector with over 42 years’ experience during which the benefits of his knowledge and experience were realised. He demonstrated his sought after technical and managerial competencies and skills at major IOC’s including Amoco, BP, Qatar Petroleum, Shell and Saudi Aramco while working at international locations inclusive of Trinidad and Tobago, USA, Qatar, Holland, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.

Apart from His Excellency’s wide and varied extensive experience, Engineer De Landro’s qualifications include a B.Sc. in Chemical Engineering, M.Sc. in Petroleum Management from the University of the West Indies, MBA in Finance from the University of Houston, and is a certified SPE Engineer and active member of the Society of Petroleum Engineering (SPE). He brings to the organisation a wealth of supportive experience in his consultant role.

TOVA WHITNEY KALIDA DE LANDRO - DIRECTOR

Tova serves as a non-Executive member of the organisation’s board and provides oversight and direction on the company’s structure, human resource planning and development along with its administrative functions. Additionally, she is a critical member of the team in defining the strategic direction for the organisation and also oversees the hiring of executive level personnel.

She brings to the organisation extensive experience in Human Resource planning through her work in companies in the USA and Trinidad and Tobago. Additionally, her HR competence is bolstered by her qualifications in the field. Following up from her international education in Houston (USA), Qatar and The Hague (Netherlands), Tova graduated with a B.Sc. In Psychology from the University of Houston. She later enhanced her qualifications with a M.Sc. in Human Resource Management from the Arthur Lok Jack Business school in Trinidad and Tobago.

In WISE, she will plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of the organization. Plus oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between the organization's management and its employees.

BRENT BELLE - DIRECTOR

Brent supports the board by providing Technical Leadership and oversight. He provides direction through identifying and educating its members and teams in supporting new initiatives to allow the company to navigate the turbulent environment and is integral in supporting the strategy formulation process.

Mr. Belle is a conscientious engineering and operations professional, adept at increasing work process efficiency and profitability through functional and technical analysis. With over 23 years of experience as a petroleum engineer, he provided companies with successful solutions to building organizational success across industry verticals spanning from upstream oil and gas, refinery maintenance, and renewable energy.

He is a past Senior Operations Manager of Challenger Energy Group, and Middle East Regional Manager for Crest Incorporated, possessing a wealth of global experience with assignments in Trinidad and Tobago, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, United States, Malaysia, UAE, Kuwait, Uruguay, and Suriname. Mr. Belle is a graduate of Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) with a Diploma in Petroleum Engineering Technology and the University of Trinidad and Tobago with an undergraduate degree in Applied Petroleum Engineering.

ASHLEY ERNEST TAYLOR - PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT : OPERATIONS RESEARCH & PORT OPERATIONS

Ashley is presently President of the Point Lisas Port Development Corporation (PLIPDECO) which houses Trinidad and Tobago’s largest Industrial site with an associated port facility. Prior to Mr. Taylor’s present position he held various executive level positions in organisations in Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago and Latin America. He plays a major role in defining the organisation’s strategy while providing Technical and process-oriented support to the organisation and its clients through our client services.

Ashley has an B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Engineering and numerous short courses and awards which bolsters his major academic qualifications and his skills, competencies and experience.

LISELLE DEDIER - CONSULTANT : LEADERSHIP, MENTORING & COACHING, CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Liselle had over fifteen years’ service at BP TT in varying departments within the organisation, prior to moving to JLL where she currently serves as the Client Relations Manager and Compliance officer for its Trinidad and Tobago operations. Ms. Dedier’s role within the organisation involves her helping to define our Customer Service goals including management of our valued relationships. She also serves as a valuable resource in setting up of Mentoring and Coaching systems for clients and in hosting Leadership seminars as part of the organisations’ General Management Services portfolio.

Liselle’s qualification includes a B.Sc. in Management Studies and an MBA with special focus on Leadership along with other short courses in supervision and leadership.

SANDEEP CHANDRAKANT UCHALE - CONSULTANT : FINANCE, COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT

Sandeep supports the board by providing Financial, commercial, and acquisition advice. He provides insights into commercial and financial matters in the acquisition of target companies.

Mr Sandeep is seasoned finance and management professional who has championed the art of navigating thru various business cycles and turnaround loss-making entities into profitable organizations with cost-optimized solutions in finance, sales, business reorganization, and process improvement with appropriate risk management and mitigation program. Sandeep has 29 years of wide experience in different industries including Steel tubes, Automotive tyres, Steel and mining, Oil and Gas, and Packaging industry. Sandeep sharpened his skills in risk management and process-oriented organisations in multiple US and European MNCs.

He has worked as CFO and finance director in various organizations in India, the Middle East, and Africa. Mr. Sandeep is a gold medallist in postgraduate commerce and CMA from India.
